APR = Annual Percentage Rate. This is a variable rate loan secured by real estate. The rate is calculated using an index plus a margin. The index used is the Prime Rate published in the Wall Street Journal and we will use the most recent index available to us at the 20th day of the month. The rate adjust quarterly. The floor rate is 5.25% APR*. All loan commitments will be based on approval of credit and based on the creditworthiness & abilities of the individual borrower. We are an equal housing lender.
